Q. Can I keep the streamers/installation?

A. With the exception of the Grab-n-Go streamer strands, all streamers/stands/backdrops are for rental only

Q. Can I just rent the streamers without having The Stream Factory hang them for me?

A. No, but we appreciate the willingness to help with the installation. An alternative option is to purchase the Grab-n-Go streamer strand that can be installed without The Stream Factory.

Q. Who breaks everything down once I am finished with it?

A. As much as we love a helping hand, installations and breakdowns will be done by The Stream Factory only.  Should any client take down or modify the streamers without consent, an additional charge will be assessed.

Q. Are you open to creating something custom for me?

A. Always!

Q. Is TSF willing to travel to locations outside of San Antonio/Texas?

A. Yes, but there is a travel fee!

Q. Does TSF ship streamers for me to install myself or can hire someone else to install?

A. No, as of now the only streamers that would be shipped are Grab-n-Go’s
